square feet. As with all of the Telehouse sites, it is a
state-of-the-art site with
24/7 security and
video surveillance. In
addition, each customer’s
location area is fully
monitored and alarmed.
They provide back-up monitoring
for fire and smoke
detection, air conditioning
failure and the presence of
water within each area.
SITEL Telehouse, Prague, Czech
Republic facility
provides all cable entrances
into the building, which are
weather sealed to be
resistant against water and
gas. Four cable entrances
provide redundant access of
fiber optic cables into the
building from multiple
directions. All cabling
within the building is installed
in metal troughs.
In addition to dedicated
circuits and Internet
access, customers may order
POTS or ISDN
lines to fit their needs.
The building is equipped
with an adjustable loading
platform, which allows easy
movement of large, heavy
loads. In the
facility at SITEL
Telehouse, Prague, Czech
Republic, both copper
and fiber optic networks are
available for
interconnection between
customer space and other
providers. Additionally,
customers may place their
own cable within the
existing cable trough
system.
