Atlanta Georgia is a 160,000
square foot, ten story building
located in the heart of
Atlanta’s central business
district, two blocks from
CNN. One hundred percent of the 56
Marietta’s tenants are in telecommunications,
Internet industry, or
companies that require a
high level of security for
their mission critical
business continuity
requirements. There is no
public access to this
building. It is Atlanta’s
premier and only carrier
hotel.

Marietta offers
Meet-Me-Room, which is a
25,000 square foot, fully built-out
carrier grade neutral
collocation facility, which
allows carriers to rapidly
and directly interconnect in
one central location. This
provides tenants with direct
interconnect with all of the
building’s tenants without
paying any cross connect
fees.
56 Marietta Telecommunications/Data
Grade Facility is comprised
of Enterprise customers, CLEC's, ISP's and ASP's,
which include over 250
telecommunication related
companies and 50+ carriers
and 36 fiber providers. It
has a 24/7 manned security
station in the building lobby
with “man-trap” secured
doors. There is exterior closed
circuit TV on the front entry
and real loading. The
building has card key
access to all exterior
doors, and the facility is fire
protected by a dry pipe,
pre-action system.
The 56
Marietta Data Center has
14 backup generators and has
12,000 gallons of existing
fuel storage. It offers the
highest level of redundant
subsystems, such as multiple
fiber trunks coming into the
Data Center from multiple
sources. It has fully redundant
power on the premises and
multiple backup generators.
